Architecture is the process of designing and construction buildings. Architecture relates to the time period, where it is, or what it's background is. Architecture is very specifically and carefully designed to be for customer order. It is an architect's job to be precise and deliver what is needed. Every work has the opportunity of being a masterpiece and it is his job to get it there. Architecture naturally has been one of the most researched topics in history, stretching back to the Ancient Greeks and affecting us in daily life.
5 Types oF architecture
Gothic Architecture: evolved from Romanesque architecture and lasted from the 12th to the 16th century
Baroque Architecture: came in the 17th century and created a movement in music, art, and architecture
Renaissance Architecture: the revival of Classical Rome originating in the early 15th century
Romanesque Architecture: originated in the late 10th century and evolved into Gothic architecture
Religious Architecture: also known as "Sacred Architecture" and relates to any religious practice buildings

Joseph Effner introduced modern French ideas of architecture to the Munich court. He worked on the Dachau Palace, the Fürstenried Palace, the Park and Palace of Nymphenburg, Pagodenburg, Badenburg, the Schleissheim Palace, the Reiche Zimmer, and the Palais Preysing.

WHAT were some of the main features of a castle?
Some of the main features were moats,drawbridge and stone walls. Moats were important because castles were surrounded by moats which made it difficult for enemies to attack the castles. The drawbridge was helpful during attacks because it could be raised when being invaded.
WHY was the castle designed or constructed in a specific way?
The Bodiam Castle:
The way the Bodiam Castle was built showed the end of the Middle Ages. The bodiam castle was also mainly built for war. Even though it was built mainly for war people lived in it for 250years without there ever being a war.
WHO was the castle constructed for? WHY?
The castle was constructed for the soldiers.
The castle was constructed by Edward Dalyngrigge a former knight. The history of the castle was constructed for the Kings that will rule.
WHO built/constructed/designed castles during the Medieval Times? WHO were castles built for during the Middle Ages?
To build a castle it took about 3,000 people which included carpenters, masons, diggers, quarrymen and blacksmiths. They would be watched under the direction of a master builder. The master builder was the head of the workers. The Kings would normally design a castle. The castles were built for Kings and if they had a royal family. The castles were built later for knights or soldiers as a place for them.
